All material is tracked by heat number through every operation.
Mill test certificates verified on receipt. Heat numbers recorded and cross referencd. No material enters production without documentation.
Forging and Hot/Cold forming facilities available. All dies designed in-house
Decicated furnaces with calibrated temperature control. Normalising, annealing, quenching, and tempering as required by specification.
Multi-asix precision CNC machining to ASME dimensional tolerances. Facing, boring and treading. In-process dimensional inspection at each stage.
In-house laboratory: PMI, dye penetrant, MPI, ultrasonic, hardness testing, Spectrometer used to verify composition and prevent material mix-up.
All items stamped or etched to specification. MTC issued per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2. Export packing and documention prepared to buyer requirements.
